When will my box ship?
- Subscribe by the 20th of the month to secure the next Chibi Crate.
- Boxes ship in the first week of the following month (e.g., sign up by Oct 20 โ receive your November box, shipped first week of November).

When will I be charged?
- You are charged immediately when you subscribe.
- All future renewals are billed on the 21st of each month.
- Example: subscribe on Oct 15 โ charged immediately for November box, then billed again on Nov 21 for December box.
How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are no-commitment and can be cancelled anytime.
- Simply log into your My Account page to manage or cancel.
- Cancel before the 21st to avoid being charged for the next month.
Will I receive duplicate items?
- Each monthโs box is a brand-new themed collection - no duplicates across monthly boxes.
- If you order multiple one-off boxes, some items may repeat (we recommend subscribing if you want unique items each month).
Can I gift Chibi Crate?
- Yes! You can purchase a one-time box or a prepaid subscription (3, 6, or 12 months) as a gift.
- Gift boxes ship on the same schedule as regular subscriptions.
