1. πŸ’Œ Shipping & Delivery
When will my box ship?

All crates ship in the first week of the following month. Example: subscribe by Oct 20 β†’ your November box ships first week of November.
How long does delivery take?
  • UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • EU: 5–10 working days
  • US/Canada: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 working days
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! 🌍 Free shipping in the UK. Tracked international shipping available to EU, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

2. πŸ’³ Billing & Payments
When will I be charged?
  • Your first payment is taken immediately at checkout.
  • Subscription renewals are billed on the 21st of each month.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure checkout options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Example

Example: Subscribe on Oct 15 β†’ first charge immediately for November box. Renewals from Nov 21 for December’s box.

3. ❌ Cancellations
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Subscriptions are no-commitment and can be cancelled anytime from your account page.
When do I need to cancel by?

Cancel before the 21st of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

Can I return a crate?

Due to the surprise nature of subscription boxes, we cannot accept returns once a crate has shipped.
What if my crate arrives damaged or missing an item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a partial refund. πŸ’•

How many items are in each crate?

Each Chibi Crate includes 5–7 officially licensed anime & kawaii items.
Will I get duplicates?

No duplicates across monthly crates. Ordering multiple one-off crates may result in repeats.
Are all items official?

Yes ✨ everything is 100% officially licensed and sourced from trusted suppliers.

6. πŸŽ€ Gifts & Prepaid Plans
Can I gift Chibi Crate?

Absolutely! 🎁 Choose a one-time crate or a prepaid subscription (3, 6, or 12 months) at checkout.
Do gift subscriptions auto-renew?

No β€” prepaid gifts end automatically once the plan finishes.
