When will my box ship?

  • UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (1–3 working days).
  • Free UK Shipping
  • Worldwide Shipping Available
  • Shipped on Friday/Saturday each week
When will I be charged?
  • You are charged immediately when you subscribe.
  • All future renewals are billed on the 21st of each month.
  • Example: subscribe on Oct 15 → charged immediately for November box, then billed again on Nov 21 for December box.
How do I cancel?
  • Subscriptions are no-commitment and can be cancelled anytime.
  • Simply log into your My Account page to manage or cancel.
  • Cancel before the 21st to avoid being charged for the next month.
Will I receive duplicate items?
  • Each month’s box is a brand-new themed collection - no duplicates across monthly boxes.
  • If you order multiple one-off boxes, some items may repeat (we recommend subscribing if you want unique items each month).
Can I gift Chibi Crate?
  • Yes! You can purchase a one-time box or a prepaid subscription (3, 6, or 12 months) as a gift.
  • Gift boxes ship on the same schedule as regular subscriptions.
